Welcome to Autism Care BD. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

1. What we are — and what we are not

Autism Care BD is a directory and information platform. We list therapists, doctors, therapy centers, schools, and events, and we verify credentials where possible. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not deliver therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment ourselves. Any engagement between you and a listed provider or school is strictly between you and them.

2. No medical advice

Content on this platform is for general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. Always seek the advice of a doctor or qualified specialist about your child's development, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Verification badge

The "Verified" badge means we reviewed documents submitted by a provider or school (such as licenses or certificates) and found them credible at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of service quality or outcomes. We encourage families to do their own due diligence before engaging any provider.

4. Reviews and user content

When you submit a review or other content, you agree that it:

• Reflects your genuine, first-hand experience;
• Does not contain false, defamatory, abusive, or misleading statements;
• Does not include another person's private information — especially a child's identifying or medical details;
• May be moderated, edited for safety, published, or removed at our discretion.

We may remove content and restrict users who violate these rules.

5. Listings

Providers and schools are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing information — including qualifications, fees, availability, and contact details. We may edit, unpublish, or remove any listing at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate or where verification is refused or revoked.

6. Events

Events listed on the platform may be organized by us or by third parties. For third-party events, the organizer is responsible for the event itself — including its content, venue, schedule changes, and refunds for paid events. Registration details you submit are shared with the organizer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish platform content in bulk;
• Submit spam, fake reviews, or fraudulent listings or registrations;
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
• Use the platform in any way that violates the laws of Bangladesh.

8. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep information accurate and providers genuine, but the platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autism Care BD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, your reliance on listed information, or your engagement with any listed provider, school, or event organizer.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
