Verification requests: when a provider or school requests verification, we collect contact details and supporting documents (such as licenses or certificates).
Technical data: like most websites, our servers keep standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the platform secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

To publish moderated reviews that help other families choose care.
To confirm and manage your event registrations, and to contact you about events you registered for.
To send you the newsletter you asked for — you can unsubscribe at any time.
To verify the credentials of providers and schools so that the "Verified" badge means something.
To protect the platform against abuse, spam, and fraudulent listings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Children's privacy

Our platform is designed for parents, caregivers, and professionals — not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children. Please do not include your child's full name, medical records, or other identifying details in public reviews.

4. How we share information

We share information only in these limited cases:

With event organizers: your registration details are shared with the organizer of the event you registered for.
Public content: approved reviews (name, rating, comment) are displayed publicly on the relevant profile.
Legal requirements: if required by the laws of Bangladesh or a valid legal process.

5. Data security & retention

Verification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to our administrative team. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required.

You may ask us at any time to:

See the personal information we hold about you;
Correct inaccurate information;
Delete your reviews, registrations, or newsletter subscription;
Stop sending you emails.
