AKUAANA is hosting its Inaugural Meeting and Gala from September 19-21, 2025 at Sugar Land Marriott Hotel. This is expected to be a large, first-of-its-kind event with attendance by physicians from not only North America but overseas international graduates and practicing physicians with their families.

We are inviting select businesses and organizations to sponsor the AKUAANA Inaugural Meeting and Gala, 2025. In return, we offer visibility and direct engagement with a highly respected and professionally accomplished worldwide alumni audience — most of whom are practicing physicians, healthcare leaders, and community influencers.
As a sponsor, you will receive:
- A marketing table setup at the event (available during CME sessions and/or the gala)
- Recognition in event materials, social media shoutouts, onsite signage, slide with logo during main event slideshow
- Opportunity to provide branded giveaways or printed material in welcome kits
- Spotlight and acknowledgment onstage during the event
We are open to tailoring sponsorship tiers based on your interest and level of involvement. Options include:
- Diamond sponsor: $25,000 (2 minute of stage time + Sponsor Slide + Preferred Booth + 2 seats at VVIP Table)
- Platinum sponsor: $15,000 (Honorable mention + Sponsor Slide + Preferred Booth + 2 seats at VVIP Table)
- Gold sponsor: $10,000 (Honorable mention + Sponsor Slide + Preferred Booth + 2 seats at Regular Table)
- Silver sponsor: $5,000 (Regular booth)
- Bronze sponsor: $2,500 (Half-Regular Booth, Shared Space)
Booth times: 5 pm to 10 pm. Exhibition booths will be 6-foot skirted tables placed right outside the main meeting hall in the pre-function area. Space is limited to tabletop displays or similar sized displays.
All contributions will directly support event logistics, food, venue costs, and attendee experience.
